I am a huge fan of Ella’s, so I nearly fell off my chair with excitement when I found out she was illustrating The Drama Llama.
Her illustrations are hilariously joyful and I’m so excited for young readers and their grown-ups to meet Alex and his cheeky llama.

I was so thrilled to see How to Grow a Unicorn narrated by the amazing Cat Deeley in Episode 720 of CBeebies Bedtime Stories. It was broadcast on Thursday 2nd September 2021 and hopefully should be available on BBC iPlayer soon!

Hello there, I’m Rachel a Children’s author.
I’m a writer of utterly bonkers picture books and middle-grade fiction. My debut picture book, How to Grow a Unicorn, gorgeously illustrated by the amazing Steven Lenton, came out with Puffin Books in September last year.
My second book, The Drama Llama, illustrated by the incredible Ella Okstad and also with Puffin Books, was released in April.
